Our platform will unlock $20+ trillion of existing liabilities held on insurance company balance sheets, access new sources of reinsurance capacity that is expert in pricing and managing dynamic risks, create price discovery for liabilities that are difficult to value, and enable institutional investors to access diversifying and attractive sources of return. It is the next step in the evolution of insurance linked securities (ILS).

Will Dove is an insurance executive and credentialed casualty actuary with over 28 years of experience at leading property-casualty insurance and reinsurance companies. Specific assignments have included chief actuary, chief risk officer, appointed actuary for US and Bermuda insurance companies, chief operating officer and divisional president. Served on global credit risk committee for a major insurance group. Successful track record with insurance and reinsurance company turnaround situations and re-engineering of actuarial departments and processes.

Will has extensive experience with all aspects of insurance and reinsurance company operations including pricing and reserving for all classes of property-casualty insurance, particularly general liability, professional/management liability, workers compensation, large corporate accounts, and reserving for asbestos, pollution and other mass tort exposures; credit risk analysis and management including CDOs, collateral issues, and bad debt reserving under GAAP and statutory accounting; enterprise risk management issues; catastrophe model interpretation and integration into pricing and risk management processes; management of actuarial and risk management functions including effective integration with other disciplines.
