Michael Tessalone

Michael Tessalone, Head of Business & Corporate Development of Two Sigma Insurance Quantified, comes from Willis Towers Watson, where he most recently served as a Senior Vice President for Willis Capital Markets & Advisory (2009 to 2016). In this role, he developed insurance industry expertise with both investment banking and operational perspectives, including working with a broad spectrum of insurance companies including public and private carriers, mutual companies, MGA/distribution companies, and other services entities. Prior to Willis Capital Markets & Advisory, Michael held a variety of positions in Global Corporate & Investment Banking at Banc of America Securities LLC, where he operated in the Financial Institutions Group, executing transactions across a broad scope of sub-sectors within financial institutions and spanning M&A, equity, hybrid securities, and debt.  Michael holds a B.S. in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.
